Broker and Adviser Portal Terms of Use 

1. Purpose of the Portal

The Broker and Adviser Portal is provided by Pepper Money, supporting our accredited brokers or financial advisers to access App Tracker and Product Sector to:

  • View and manage the status of their loan applications
  • Assist workflow management and visibility throughout the application lifecycle.
  • See if Pepper Money has a home loan option for clients.

2. Intended users

Broker and Adviser Portal are for use by Pepper Money or our white label accredited brokers or financial advisers only.

Access is restricted to applications attributable to you and remains subject to your ongoing accreditation with Pepper Money.

3. Commercial in Confidence

All information made available through the Broker and Adviser Portal is Commercial in Confidence.

You must not:

  • Provide access to unauthorised parties
  • Share, disclose, or distribute information from App Tracker outside your organisation
  • Use the information from App Track for any purpose other than managing Pepper Money or white label applications

4. Indicative information only

Information displayed in the Broker and Adviser Portal is indicative only and provided for reference purposes.

  • Application statuses, requirements, and outcomes may change
  • Information doesn’t constitute a credit decision, approval, or representation of outcome
  • Final decisions are made in accordance with Pepper Money’s credit assessment and approval processes

5. No reliance for advice or representation

The Broker and Adviser Portal doesn’t provide financial advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for:

  • Formal approval communications
  • Credit contracts or decision notices
  • Pepper policies, product terms, or assessment outcomes

6. Privacy and data handling

Information within the Broker and Adviser Portal may include personal and application data relevant to your access.

Pepper Money applies controls to:

Limit information to what is necessary for application management

  • Remove or restrict access to data in line with Pepper Money’s data retention and privacy practices
  • You must handle any personal information accessed through the Broker and Adviser Portal in accordance with applicable privacy obligations and broker accreditation requirements.

7. Access and monitoring

Pepper Money may monitor use of the Broker and Adviser Portal, suspending or revoking access at any time, including where:

  • Accreditation ceases
  • Access or use is inconsistent with these Terms
  • There are confidentiality, privacy, or security concerns

8. Changes to the Broker and Adviser Portal

Pepper Money may update the Broker and Adviser Portal, its features, or these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Broker and Adviser Portal constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

9. Acknowledgement

By accessing or continuing to use the Broker and Adviser Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
