Invested in your success, we’re updating our Submission and Approval Checklists in ApplyOnline to reduce you and your customer’s time to ‘yes’.

These changes are designed to make it clearer to understand what supporting documentation is required for applications and approval, reducing conditions and MIRs.

Like other lenders, you’ll still be able to raise exceptions in ApplyOnline for select documents that are usually required for submission.
