Brokers can order a valuation for their clients

If you’re looking to get that extra-speedy turnaround for your client, then order an up-front valuation prior to submission. Ordering a valuation before submitting an application could help fast-track the assessment process.

Once registered in the Corelogic Valuation Hub, you’ll be able to track your valuation and access a history of valuations you have ordered. This will make the loan assessment process more efficient, as we will be able to utilise the valuation report at submission and assess the loan application based on the valuation figure. Please note that the valuation report may only be considered by Pepper Money.

If you decide to order a valuation upfront via the Hub, please provide a copy of the valuation with your Pepper Money application or advise the credit team so that they can access the report.
