To ensure you are assisted over the holidays, we wanted to share some key dates, along with where you can get help.

For settlement to be completed in time for the holidays, all applications will need to be:
- Formally approved by COB on 8 December 2025
- Documents returned by COB on 15 December 2025
We'll be taking bookings between 29 December 2025 – 5 January 2026; however, there will be limited capacity to settle. Settlements during this time depend on third-party acceptance (including outgoing lenders and seller's solicitors).
New applications submitted on 24 and 31 December 2025 may take a little longer than usual, as we're closed from 1:00pm (AEDT).
