Valuations
For settlement to be completed in time for the holidays, all applications will need to be:
- Formally approved by COB on 8 December 2025
- Documents returned by COB on 15 December 2025
We'll be taking bookings between 27 - 31 December 2025 and January 5 2026; however, there will be limited capacity to settle. Settlements during this time depend on third-party acceptance (including outgoing lenders and seller's solicitors).
New applications submitted on 24 and 31 December 2025 may take a little longer than usual, as we're closed from 1:00pm (AEDT).
