Got clients trying to crack the market or investors chasing their next play? Now they’ve got more room to move. They can now: 

Borrow up to 80% LVR up to $1.5m
for high-density units 
Purchase up to 6 strata-titled dwellings
in a single complex. 

Here’s a play - streamlined income docs 

For clients with a clean credit history, you now only need 1 year’s tax return and notice of assessment for the following Non-Conforming Full Doc Home Loan options: 

ABNs from 24 months – Near Prime Clear
ABNs from 12 - 24 months – Near Prime
